Free InvoiceNow solutions in Singapore

Yes, InvoiceNow can genuinely cost you nothing. Thirteen accredited providers offer a free-of-charge package to GST-registered businesses, with no conditions attached. Here is the official list, what free actually covers, and the expiry detail three of them carry that most write-ups skip.

The short answer

The InvoiceNow network itself carries no per-invoice fee to you. On top of that, IRAS and IMDA publish a list of accredited providers offering a complete free package to GST-registered businesses. IRAS's own wording is that the full solution package is free of charge, with no conditions attached.

What is not free is the work around it: cleaning up your customer records, mapping your invoice data, and testing that a transmission actually lands. That is where the time goes, and no package covers it.

THE DETAIL MOST PAGES MISS
Free-of-charge packages are available up to 31 March 2031 — but the current list only applies until 31 March 2027. IRAS has said the list covering 1 Apr 2027 to 31 Mar 2031 will be published later. Three providers on today's list already state an end date of 31 March 2027. If you are choosing now, check whether your provider has committed past 2027 before you build a process around them.

How to choose between them

If you are not GST-registered

The GST InvoiceNow Requirement does not apply to you, so none of this is compulsory. You can still join the network voluntarily, and increasingly your larger customers will ask you to — being able to receive a Peppol invoice is becoming a condition of supply in some tenders.

Before you sign up for anything

Work out your date first. A business whose deadline is 1 April 2031 is in a very different position from one facing 1 April 2028, and the answer changes what you should pay for.
