For a small business, inventory software costs from free (tight order or user limits) to about US$350 to US$730 a month for multi-location tools such as Cin7 Core or Unleashed, before setup. The plan you need is decided by three numbers: how many people log in, how many stock locations you run and how many sales orders you process. Batch, lot or serial tracking often pushes you up a plan or adds a fee.
Worked example: 5 users, 2 locations and 300 orders a month, no batch tracking, at S$1.28 to the US dollar. Zoho Inventory Standard with 3 extra users is S$39 + S$30 = S$69 a month, S$828 a year. inFlow Core is US$299 x 12 + US$499 onboarding = US$4,087, about S$5,231. Cin7 Core Standard is US$349 x 12 = US$4,188, about S$5,361. Odoo Standard is US$16.90 x 5 x 12 = US$1,014, about S$1,298, plus implementation.

How much does inventory management software cost for a small business? From free for very small volumes to about US$350 to US$730 a month for multi-location tools, before setup. Users, stock locations and monthly orders decide the plan.
What is the cheapest inventory software? For one user, two locations and up to 50 orders a month, Zoho Inventory Free costs nothing. Beyond that, Zoho Inventory Standard at S$39 a month billed yearly is one of the lowest paid plans.
Is inventory software cheaper than an ERP? The licences usually are, but an inventory app sits beside your accounting software. An ERP such as Odoo charges per user for every app and needs a larger implementation.
Does the calculator include setup costs? It includes published onboarding fees where a vendor lists them as required, and you can add your own setup budget. Implementation by a partner is extra.
