Collecting timesheets from the whole team every week?
Chasing people for their hours, retyping them into a spreadsheet and adding up overtime by hand is the kind of job a free automation does better. Staff submit hours in a form, a Make scenario puts them in one sheet, reminds whoever hasn't submitted by Friday, and emails you the weekly totals.

How to calculate hours worked
Take the finish time, subtract the start time, then subtract unpaid breaks. A shift from 8:30am to 5:45pm is 9 hours 15 minutes; minus a 45-minute lunch, that is 8 hours 30 minutes, or 8.5 hours. If the finish time is earlier than the start time, the shift ran past midnight: 10pm to 6am is 8 hours.
Minutes to decimal hours
Payroll and invoices usually need decimal hours. Divide the minutes by 60:

Overtime rules
Singapore: for employees covered by Part IV of the Employment Act, normal hours are up to 44 a week, and overtime is paid at no less than 1.5 times the basic hourly rate. United States: the federal rule is 1.5 times for hours over 40 in a week, and some states also count daily overtime, which is what the "after hours / day" setting is for. Check the rules that apply to your employees; this calculator does the arithmetic, not the legal advice.
Questions
Does it save my data? Your entries are kept in your own browser so they are still there if you come back, and never sent anywhere. Clear removes them.
Can I use it for invoicing clients? Yes: set the hourly rate to your billing rate, overtime to 0 or off, and use the decimal total on the invoice.
